It's something we've all witnessed. As full-time students at Salt Lake Community College we pay a minimum of $1,395 for in-state tuition. And tack on a great deal more with books, fees, parking passes, and whatever else the school decides to charge us for.…

A long running debate pertaining to politics has been about partisanship. Partisanship is loyalty towards one party. Generally, a partisan voter follows all of the ideals and practices of their party. The argument is over whether partisanship has become so excessive that it's dividing citizens and destabilizing the nation; or if it is the "pre-eminent structure of our politics" (according to researcher Mark Mellman) and must be present in order for our governmental system to function.…

I walked by the Taylorsville skate park and noticed something I hadn't seen before: Security cameras. Who is watching me? Do the police use these cameras to deter crime or is there someone watching these kids as they jump, slide and roll through the park.…
